The National Schools Debating Championships will take place at the University of the Free State from Sunday, 2 Oct 2011 – Thursday, 6 Oct 2011.

The total cost per team will be R7,500.The balance is expected by 15 September 2011. Each team is entitled to one coach, 2 chaperones and 5 speakers.

The goal for the Limpopo this year is to send at least 2 senior teams and one junior team with one coach per team. Assuming this goal, the cost per team member excluding transport will be R1,250 (7500/6). This cost will cover accommodation and meals throughout the tournament.

For transportation: Limpopo Coaches quoted us R15,300, for an 18 seater, to and from Bloemfontein. The total transport cost per team member is R850 (15300/18).

The total cost per team member including transport is, therefore, R2,100.

please send the quotation through to me.

Each team member will be required to complete a registration form and sign the
indemnity form.

Isaac Moselana and I are also looking into arranging a meeting for the provincial team on Saturday, 10 September 2011.
